1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Jambite ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Jambite website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Jambite, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by us. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jambite, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
